As part of the WCT token expansion and our launch into the Solana ecosystem, the WalletConnect Network team unveiled a Solana-focused WCT claim campaign during Solana Accelerate NYC. This claim campaign is the result of close collaboration with five of the most respected communities in the Solana ecosystem: Backpack, Phantom, Solflare, Jupiter, and Solana Mobile.
We’re new to Solana, and we’re excited to show up in a way that respects and reflects the values of its vibrant builder and user community. That’s why we’ve chosen to take our lead from those who know it best - the partners who helped define the ecosystem from the ground up. Rather than imposing arbitrary rules, we worked hand in hand with each of these communities to shape the criteria that will guide this campaign.
Each partner defined the eligibility criteria that they believe best recognizes meaningful participation within their community. We’re deeply thankful for their collaboration . This campaign is as much theirs as it is ours.
